New exhibition at Beijing’s 798 Art District explores ‘unlimited’ humans

A new exhibition about looking back on the evolution of human beings kicked off at Beijing’s 798 Art District on Tuesday.
The Human (Un)limited show, the second cooperation between Hyundai Motorstudio Beijing and Austria’s Ars Electronica, is being curated by Martin Honzik and Chinese artist Fei Jun.  

A total of 16 artworks from international artists explore the relationship between humans and humans, humans and machines as well as humans and nature from the perspective of art and technology. The exhibition is set to run until February 29. 

The winners of the Hyundai Blue Prize 2019 were also announced with Chen Min and Zhang Yehong grabbing the Creativity prize and Chen Jiaying winning the Sustainability prize.
